Age of Our Olive Trees

Across the hills of Deir Mimas stand over 150,000 olive trees that are many centuries old; some older than 2000 years.
The average age of these trees is said to be between 600 and 700 years, a testament to their resilience and the deep agricultural heritage of the region.
Their trunks bear the marks of wind and time, yet they continue to offer fruit of extraordinary grace.
From these trees, Terra draws its strength, its flavor, and its enduring connection to the land.

The harvest begins after the first rain in early October when the olives reach perfect ripeness under the Mediterranean sun.

Each olive is handpicked in the cool morning air and pressed and bottled within hours to preserve its vibrant aroma and nutrients. This careful rhythm, passed through generations, keeps Terra oils pure, flavorful, and alive with the essence of Deir Mimas.
